Shipping Policy Since all orders are important to us we check daily to make sure your order is being processed and will be shipped on time. Should there be any delay you will promptly receive an email informing you of the shipping date. Shipping Information As a security precaution the customer name and address must match the billing name and address. Your order is shipped to you fully insured. Upon delivery please inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing the receipt. Shipping Time All orders should be shipped within 3-4 business days from the time order is placed. Should there be a delay we will notify you. For any order over $200.00 a signature is required. Please be available to sign for your package or have an adult who is authorized to sign be available at the designated shipping address. Shipping Options Within the continental United States all Items are shipped by FedEx 3 day delivery, if available. Otherwise it is FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within 3-10 business days from the date ordered. Customers are unable to specify the carrier. All shipments to APO/FPO are sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipments take from 5-10 days and may arrive on Saturday at no extra charge. Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are by FedEx International Economy and are usually delivered in 2 business days. Shipments to Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean are by FedEx International Economy and are usually delivered in 2-3 business days. Shipments to these areas do not include duty, taxes or other customs fees. Shipments to Europe, Asia and Australia are by FedEx International Economy and are usually delivered in 2-5 business days. Shipments to these areas do not include duty, taxes or other customs fees. Expedited Shipping We also offer next day delivery, 2nd day delivery and 3rd day delivery at special pricing. P.O.
