Returns, Exchanges and Refunds We take pride in the quality and value that our products represent. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 30 days from the shipping date for a no-hassle refund or replacement (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned items must be received by us within 10 days from the date return was initiated. All items must include original paperwork, packaging and in the same condition as originally shipped. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. How to Prepare a Return Follow the steps listed below: - Log into your account.
- Purchased items will be displayed. Click on "Return Item" button next to item to be returned.
- Select item you wish to return
- Once you select the item you wish to return and the reason, click continue.
- This will inform us of the return.
- You will receive an authorization number and a label to printout for the return.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and after inspection, if accepted, we will issue you a refund (less shipping charges, if any) to your credit card or ship a replacement, if requested, within a few days. Please allow time for your refund to be posted to your account. Any packages returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. We recommend that packages being returned to us are insured and sent with a tracking number. Items valued under $500 can be sent via any carrier. Please insure for proper amount and request a return receipt. Items valued over $500 should be shipped by US Postal Service Registered Mail and insured for the proper amount. A return receipt should be requested. (FedEx and UPS do not insure over $500). Please follow the instructions above; failure to do so may prevent the processing of your return.
